Q. How often do you clean your customers windows? A. You as the customer can choose how often you would like your windows cleaned. Although most of our customers choose to have their windows cleaned on a monthly basis to keep them in excellent condition we also offer a weekly or fortnightly service.
Q. What if im not at home when you call to clean my windows? A. No problem at all, we will proceed with your clean and on completion put a card through your door to let you know we have been.
Q. How do I pay? A. We offer 2 easy payment methods, Bank Transfer and Cash Collection. Many of our customers now choose to pay by Bank Transfer as they find this method the most convenient for them. Should you choose to use this easy payment method just let us know and we will provide you with our sort code and account number. Cash Collection can be made at the time of clean or we will return to collect payment. All payments must be made within 7 days of your clean being done.
Q. Are you able to clean the insides of my windows? A. Yes of course, for an additional fee we are more than happy to clean the inside of your windows.
Q. Are you insured? A. Yes we are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance.
Q. Are you licensed? A. Yes we are licensed by West Lothian Council.
Q. How much will it cost? A. Prices vary depending on the size and number of windows your property or premises has. All our quotes are very competitive and we always charge a fair price to our customers.
